Considering its strategic vision to empower national institutions by developing qualified human resources, the Mekin Academic Center for Conferences, Sustainable Studies and Scientific Consultations has announced the signing of a high-level training collaboration with the Federal Public Service Council, this initiative aims at implementing a series of specialized development programs and workshops targeting all council staff across various specialties.
Head of the Center, Dr. Jateen Raoof Mahmood reviewed that he Mekin will conduct high-quality training courses in administrative, technical, informational, and developmental fields, these programs aim to transfer modern expertise and enhance job performance in alignment with the standards of sound public service.
The Center highlighted that this partnership has already seen the launch of several interactive workshops, which were met with strong participation from council employees, the high level of academic and professional engagement reflects the governmental institution’s confidence in the pivotal role Mekin Center plays in developing human capital across Iraq and the region.
The Mekin ensures participants are honored with official and accredited certificates of participation recognizing their commitment and excellence and reinforcing the center’s approach of linking training with motivation and professional documentation.
Dr. Jateen emphasized that this collaboration serves as a living example of the potential synergy between expert centers and government institutions in building a state of efficiency and institutional capability.
Dr. Jateen added that Mekin Center will continue to expand its training agenda to cover broader and more sustainable fields of specialization.
